100 BDT Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions 100 BDT (hereinafter referred to as "100 BDT", "we", "our") and its members. By using the 100 BDT website or app, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using 100 BDT. For any questions, contact our Help Centre — we're ready to assist you with everything.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to register at 100 BDT. By completing registration, you automatically confirm that you meet this age requirement. 100 BDT may request valid ID for age verification at any time.

One Account Policy

Only one 100 BDT account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

• Accounts must be created using accurate and genuine information
• Update your personal information promptly whenever any details change
• Keep your account password confidential — sharing it with anyone is strictly prohibited
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately

To make a deposit at 100 BDT, you must use a Bangladeshi mobile banking account registered in your own name. Payments made from third-party accounts will be declined and returned.

Withdrawals at 100 BDT are quick and straightforward. Your main balance can be withdrawn at any time. However, bonus balances require specific wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.

Requirements for Withdrawal

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts
• The withdrawal method must always match the original deposit method
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 (may vary by VIP level)
• Full KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal

Processing Time

Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy instant withdrawals. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

100 BDT's bonuses and promotions offer special benefits to our members. However, each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only — it cannot be claimed at a later time
• No more than one bonus may be active at a time (daily cashback excluded)
• Bonuses will be cancelled if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period
• Winnings generated from bonuses count toward the wagering requirement
• If a bonus is cancelled, any winnings generated from that bonus will also be forfeited

All gaming activities at 100 BDT comply with international fair play standards. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently audited.

Sports Betting — Special Rules

• If an event is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the stake will be refunded
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, a decision will be communicated following a full investigation.
• 100 BDT reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds
• Bets on match-fixing or arranged results will not be accepted

Live Casino Rules

• If a disconnection occurs mid-game, the last recorded state will be considered valid
• If a technical fault is detected in the game software or hardware, the affected round may be voided.

To ensure a safe and fair environment for all 100 BDT members, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple Accounts — Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• Bonus Abuse — Using bonuses solely for bonus purposes or manipulating the system
• Money Laundering — Using the platform for money laundering
• Hacking — Unauthorized access to the system, software, or another member's account
• Automation — Use of bots, scripts, or automated software
• Collusion & Fraud — Colluding with other members in tournaments or games to gain an unfair advantage
• False Information — Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC

100 BDT reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of Terms and Conditions
• Failure to respond to verification requests
• Engaging in Prohibited Activities
• Direction from financial authorities or law enforcement agencies

Members may close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance will be refunded; however, any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

100 BDT treats your personal information with the utmost care. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties. However, information may be shared in the following circumstances:

• Upon a valid request from a law enforcement agency or regulatory authority
• With verified payment partners for payment processing
• For the purposes of fraud prevention and anti-money laundering

100 BDT believes gaming should be entertainment — not a burden. That's why we provide all members with the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit — Set daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits
• Loss Limit — Automatically take a break after losing a set amount
• Session Time Limit — Set a limit on how long you can play per session
• Cooling-Off Period — Take a temporary break, anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the platform

How to File a Complaint

• Step 2: Our representative will get in touch within 48 hours
• Step 3: A decision will be communicated within 7 business days following the investigation
• Step 4: If unresolved, the matter may be referred to an independent arbitration process

Decisions made by 100 BDT are considered final; however, members are free to pursue any legitimate legal channels if they wish.

100 BDT reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes:

• A notice will be sent to your registered email address
• A pop-up notification will be displayed on the platform
• The update date at the top of this page will reflect any changes

Continued use of 100 BDT after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
